LOCAL PRODUCE
We are all aware of "food miles" but don't often know where we can find good, local produce.
Here are a few examples of organic producers.

The Blue Pig Company
On their farm in Rathmell, just 1 mile from Settle, brothers Andrew and Anthony Bradley produce fine cured and fresh pork products from their herd of free-range Gloucester Old Spot and Saddleback pigs.. The pork can be ordered over the phone and collected from the farm and is also available from their stall at Farmers Markets in Settle, Skipton and Pateley Bridge.

Hellifield Highland Beef
The rapidly growing fold (herd) of Highland Cattle can be seen grazing the fields of Robert and Wendy Phillip’s farm in Hellifield, just 5 miles from Settle.
These picturesque, ancient and hardy animals are naturally reared on grass to produce traditional beef of a quality which is superior both in taste and nutritional benefits
The beef can be bought direct from the farm or delivered locally free of charge.
